Running Like Naruto Can Increase Your Speed Up To 200%

Do you want to run faster than you normally could without exercising, and I mean it literally? Do you want to run as fast like Usain Bolt, the fastest man alive, or become a professional athlete? Want to know how? Well then, just continue on reading.

In an article that I had read, dated April 10, 2016, it stated that, “in an incredibly disheartening study released today, researchers at the university of Michigan found that extending one’s arms backwards while running actually increase the speed at which you run”.

Already have an idea what it is? Well! here’s another one, “Running like Naruto might have seemed silly but you won't believe what just got proved! Running like Naruto, head bent forward, body arched and your hands behind you makes you not just 100, but 200% faster!” Hard to believe? Well, it is what it is.

Frankly for me, after reading these two articles it still seems to be silly and still lacking proof, but maybe not after the third one. Dated November 24, 2016, “scientists of the Bob Marley University confirmed this morning that, after years of study, they discovered that running like the anime character Naruto would increase your speed up to 200%”.

This caused a stir to both anime fans and professional athletes. As anime fans, of course, they are quite thrilled to try this posture in running, but for the professionals, even though it was proved to be effective, can’t give up their dignity and refused to practice this technique. Some teams though, in the NFL and MLB, began to implement this technique to their training program.

If you’re planning to do this at the Olympics you’d better not to. I don’t know why but the Olympic Games HQ banned this kind of posture in running. Also, the FIFA declared to fine anyone who uses this technique while running.

The Olympic Games HQ banning and the FIFA fining may just prove how effective this technique is, or maybe the opposite, but that doesn’t matter if you have the guts to do it and want to increase your speed, then, you better try it out, the “Naruto Run Challenge”.
